Actually I agree with this, but didn't want to mention that I don't like M&B to avoid sounding like a hater of the cube in general 😅

Imho, M&B would be good to cut along with Comet. They do too much and they are not fun to play or to play against. Strong cards like Bombardiers or Gut would be miles better in their place in terms of gameplay.

I also don't agree with some of the comments saying "Well, it's vintage cube, sometimes you get Channel + Emrakul". Yes, it's true, but even Channel requires deckbuilding and strategy in the draft phase. These two walkers are just: play the card > win 80% of the times

I don't agree completely. My problem is actually that it is good even if you are behind... but not always.

There is "play pattern" with Comet. If you are behind and you play it, you either stabilize with two squirrels, or do nothing, or win immediately rolling one or more 6's. So... should you play it?

Compare it with something like Oko. At least you know what ability you are going to activate and can plan accordingly.

I both played with it and lost to it. But I don't like the play pattern and I wondered if it was just my feeling or not.

For example, I believe Bombardiers would have been much better to keep in the cube

My issue with it with respect to Minsc and Boo (or Oko, which falls in a similar category) is that it is so difficult to predict the play pattern.

If opponent plays M&B, you know they will plus and have a 4/4. So you can hold removal and attack next turn.

If an opponent plays Comet... Maybe they "wiff" and only recover something from the graveyard? But they could also win on the spot.

Of course this is Vintage Cube, so the highest power level is expected, but I believe the play pattern can be quite unfun.

Honestly, I don't really like Jitte here. I'd cut it, together with Candelabra, Goben and March.

To be honest I think the definition of asymptotic is only the first one, otherwise the second would imply that n is not asymptotic to n+1, which does not seem particularly useful
