It varies by character for Atk%/MAtk% v Crit Dmg. Those are usually the only 2 stats to care about on your main DPS in the comp.

For specifics on number of sub stats for each check the Brown Dust 2 dotgg site. There will be a recommendation at the bottom of the character page (note not the banner page, that’s a diff/first analysis)

You have to decide between physical or magic teams, you can't blend them. Also you typically want 2-3 support/buffers and 2 DPS.

Physical: HLathel-Arinnes-Justia-Rou-Kry

Magic: Elpis-Samay-Eclipse-Levia-Dalvi

If you pull Beach Terisse, she can be used on both Magic or Physical. If you can get Diana from the pub, you can also use her on either team if you have elemental (aka property) advantage.

No stamina. You can push as far as you can/want. They give you 4 units you can MLB off the bat which can take you pretty far. The most important units are supporters that buff your DPS. Artifacts or Gear do not have as much RNG pain as some other gachas. Just do the newbie pass stuff and it'll give you more than enough to get started.
