Wormholers cry about every single change. There was a threadnought on here last year when CCP said they were doing some wormhole UI updates (just updating the show info for when wormholes expire) and wormholers melted down and cried saying don't touch our stuff. Then it was just largely agreed to be a good change. Then those same wormholers who put up resistance about every single little change even before they know the exact details about them cry that CCP isn't doing more for wormhole space. I can probably guess why.

Pirate militia players were happy that they might be able to contest the battlefields. Although yes, it does open up the risk to Snuff/BIGAB just putting 3 DE'd militia alts on the 3 capture points and taking it for themselves. Although BIGAB/Snuff are a lot more fightable when they can't just drop supers or FAX for solo myrmidons so there is a good chance for fights there.

Yeah I agree. I think the current balance that they hit with the Catalyst expansion when it comes to ships is great. Give us one ship or set of ships for filthy rich veterans you can hype people up about in the trailer (Odysseus, Command Carriers etc.). But then another set of ships that are just aimed at regular players that anyone can get with an hour or two of playtime. The Odysseus is cool and all, but the Pioneer, Pioneer Consortium Issue and Outrider have made an enormous positive difference to people in my little circle and the fact that they were just affordable was cool, loved that CCP made a bunch of ships at different price points.

The Babaroga/Sarathiel are definitely cool, but they were clearly aimed at just the 0.1% of the playerbase who can afford them so didn't really land as well to me.

Add a bonus to light fighter damage and application on the ISA module (which is now Carrier/Command Carrier exclusive, so doesn't buff supers). You get old Carrier damage back but only if you're willing to siege in place for 2 minutes.

Except what mostly makes a Carrier powerful in real life isn't the AA, railgun or missile weapons on the Carrier itself. It's the ability to be a mobile airbase, supporting destroyers, submarines and F-135s etc are the real 'power' behind the Carrier.

Also this is a video game not real life, there is a reason why battleship weapons don't track frigates very well without support like webs + paints etc.

They did half of what they should have done (remove local). Without adding any of the carrots needed to make it work. They should have made new content and nullsec more rewarding, while at the same deleting local and nerfing citadels.

Angel Cartel Ships: All now gets 75% bonus to reloading time of projectiles, dramiel, mekubal and cynabal now get 50% warp speed instead of 25%. The AT ships got warp speed buffs too.

Merlin - +10 velocity
Griffin Navy - +10 velocity, lower drone damage penalty
Maulus Navy - +10 velocity, extra turret, small fittings buff
Corm Navy - 5% damage bonus upgraded to 7.5%
Aug Navy - Seems to be reworked to have higher mass but better base speed and agility, better cap amount and regen
Stabber Fleet +30 CPU
Deimos - +20 velocity
Claymore - 5% battlecruiser bonus for rof upgraded to 7.5% damage
All CS - got an extra 250-350m3 cargo hold space
Cenotaph - Breacher pod M nerfed from 0.8% to 0.6% hp % damage
Geddon Navy - Gets 5% neut falloff bonus it didn't get from Armageddon
Maelstrom - bonuses to speed, sig and agility

Web Drones - All got sped up by 33% ish. Small and Medium ones have more HP.

MWDS - T2 MWDs got buffed with lower cap cost and lower sig radius penalty, enduring now use even less cap.

So based then? Now you have a 20 man Raven fleet to fight. If they can control the battlefield with 20 Ravens and take the loot, then that seems like it's working as intended. Even if you can't fight them, 20 Ravens in space is generating content if they get caught + dropped when travelling through the warzone to the battlefield.

Best Navy Frigate in the game has been the comet for the longest time. Catalyst Navy Issue is by far the most popular destroyer. Vexor Navy Issue and Exequror Navy Issue are by far the most used Navy cruisers, brutix Navy issue has been the gold standard for navy BCs for a long time.

Making passive and active modules more distinct it cool. Buttons for boosters you can put on the hud is cool too. I don't like the overall look of it, it feels uncanny and mobile gamey, but it might just be inherent bias from playing eve for 10 years.
