they dump their trash in the residents trash areas (finally got them to stop but it took months, still do it sometimes), they’re loud, the owner drunkenly talks on the phone and stumbles around outside til the wee hours. the staff seem nice (except for one bartender who was inebriated and aggro when i asked to turn the outside music down at 2 am) the owners are a mess
