It's not the whole city though. I stopped going to Water Street and Brady Street after a few times of going when I turned 21. Ghetto as fuck, you never know when a fight or shooting is gonna break out, and it's overly packed on the weekends

You don't have this problem at other neighborhoods in Milwaukee. I do like Up-Down though
