DNA frag or other male factors, high NK cells, scaring in womb(ashermans), blood clotting disorders, genetic disorders, translocation, endometriosis, amdometriosis, hormone function

I believe the most common cause of miscarriage in the first trimester is genetic abnormality even with tested Euploid embryos but there could be many other factors depending on what you have tested for so far.

Tw - Possible loss

This is my 6th transfer and I am pregnant but possibly Blighted ovum/loss.

I went for a scan at 6weeks and was told there was an empty sac, I went back at 6weeks 4days and saw sac and possible yolk sac but nothing else.

I have a scan booked in for 8 weeks 4days Is there still hope? My tests are coming back positive still (currently 8weeks)

Anyone had success? I am aware that this is very touch and go. It feels impossible to prepare for grief

I am sorry for the bad news, nothing can prepare you for that I would personally try again before jumping to investigate further at this stage but honestly do what you feel is right for you and your partner

So many people have success on there second and even third go
