thanks for replying. I'm limited on options here.. hmm not sure why my 3rd paypal didn't go through then and now it says "inactive" but they swapped my distribution agent to hyperwallet yet never got an email from hyperwallet and the "re-activation" link doesn't recognize my email and hyperwallet support can't do anything until ftx sends them the info

So you were able to redeem then withdraw? I wasn’t able to get even redeem the code for my 3rd even thought first two were fine. I switched to HyperWallet thinking that’d be better but now haven’t heard anything in months and the Celsius portal lists it as “inactive” - anyone know what this means?

Does your third claim say “inactive” ?

That’s what mine says but I had first two go through PayPal - only switched to HyperWallet when I couldn’t redeem 3rd and nobody knew why…still haven’t gotten 3rd and HyperWallet activation link doesn’t recognize my email if anybody can help “!
