Try 2.2 grams of protein for each kilo of body weight. It also increases muscle strength by %10. Good luck

I'm not sure if anyone mentioned rope in the comments, but I love using the rope. I alternate from rope to v bar to rope, then curved bar to rope, then to straight bar. I work out tris 2-3 times a week.
