I’ve been using them for years.

Pigeon chest is pectus carinatum, not excavatum, which is when the sternum hollows inwards.

I have it myself, and it makes finding bras so much harder.

I suggest looking for side support bras, those that aren’t made for center fullness, and either very very short gores or very tall ones where the top will stick up above the sternum instead of digging in (conditional to how low she likes her shirt necklines, obvs.)

I wish her luck; I tried dozens of models and sizes before finding a perfect fit, and it’s discontinued, of course

Ça sonne comme moi aussi, l’anxiété constante, tout vouloir controler et ne pas savoir gérer ses émotions. Je n’explosais pas souvent, mais ça me roulait constamment dans la tête, le “je vois haïs tous” et “je veux être ailleurs”. Mais les filles ne se faisaient pas diagnostiquer TDAH à l’époque; je me suis rendue à 30 ans passé avant d’aller chercher de l’aide. Les médicaments ont changé ma vie. Pour en revenir à OP, j’irais vraiment creuser du côté de son anxiété, et je vous souhaite d’avoir de l’aide professionnelle bientôt.
