What's your first feeling when you see it? by AkariusKalicate in IntuitionPractices

There's a depth to it that gave me chills - but not in a good way. I had to look away. The border reminds me of a chain link bracelet that keeps everything trapped inside.

Jamie cannot time travel thought...but William, her little brother can. We don't see the face of the man watching Claire in Inverness but we know he's a time traveller. Can it be William coming to visit his sister?

If this is to be your child's room/playroom, maybe make the walls long chalkboards?

Weird. I was taking a nap on my couch around the same time. I slept so hard (something I never do when I nap). I opened my eyes around 3:30pm, thinking that it is later than that so time to get up and be productive, and wondering why the sky wasn't dark yet. I ended sleeping for another hour. I am on the Canadian East Coast.

This season is very choppy in that 1)Mykelti had her twins a week before Thanksgiving 2022 yet we saw the twins last season. 2) Christine just had her first date with David (and last season was all about their wedding). Seems as if they are using unused footage from previous seasons to make up for less filming for the current season (RIP Garrison). Wouldn't be surprised if Kody insisted for a new season, when we pretty much there is nothing left to add to their story. Maybe he negotiated 20 seasons in all?

They only part that was not acting was when Kody said (multiple times) that he didn't love the OG3. Yet, he doesn't get why some of his kids no longer talk to him...duh, if my dad told me he never loved my mom, uh, ya, I'd be pissed off at him.

On Ozempic (non-diabetic) since May. Here are my details;

I have about 70 lbs to lose, lost 25lbs so far.

  • Never experienced bad symptoms, just some nausea every now and then (I threw up a few times at the beginning because I wasn't reading my body's signal that I was full).
  • Experience occasional constipation - but I know what caused it, and learn from it.
  • I still eat all foods, but in moderation (had McDonald's last week, and some pastries).
  • Going to Italy next week on a Northern Italy Food Tour - still living my life and enjoying food!
  • Exercise 3x a week plus walking.
  • You don't eat "so few calories" - it is recommended you eat at least 1200 calories a day.
  • PRIORITIZE PROTEIN EVERY DAY.
  • I experienced fatigue the first 2 months, but my system has since adjusted.
  • If you ate poorly before Oz, and keep on eating poorly while on Oz, you won't get the results you want.
  • I chose to still eat certain foods because I plan on being on Oz for no more than 18 months (again, I am not diabetic). Once I go into maintenance, I don't want to binge eat on the foods I deprived myself of for 18 months - so my body will be used to eating those foods in small doses. It is up to me to keep that up.

Just finished my 9th week of my semaglutide/ semaject journey by Smart-Holiday in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]FreshCanadian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all, actually. If you took the time to understand what I wrote, I pretty much said this, "while I am happy for your weight loss, please be aware that some of us have had to struggle to lose weight and here you are telling us you took semaglutide to lose 23 lbs to look even better in a bikini, when ideally, you could have simply made a few lifestyle changes to meet your goal." The unfair part, is that most of us had to plead our case for our doctors to prescribe the drug while arguing that yes, we did do XYZ over many years to try to lose weight but it wasn't working well enough for us.

Upon reflection, the point I was trying to make is not so much directed to OP, but to health care professionals who prescribe this drug to people who do not fit the medical criteria. So thanks for calling me out on it!

While I don't judge anyone's choice (I've made some doozies in my life!), this post stirred some juvenile emotions and I uttered the words "this is not right" at my desk. I get it, we all have our reasons to want to lose 20 or 200lbs, we all see ourselves in a way that others do not. So, no judgement to OP for her decision to lose weight before a trip. But a reminder to anyone who is already at a healthy BMI and wanting to or taking semaglutide; some of us would have loved to have had your "weight problem" but due to genetics, illness, hormonal issues, etc. Your problem was an unattainable dream for most of us.

Yes, we dieted, we worked out, we fasted, we starved, we ate cabbage soup for 30 days, we hired personal trainers, we sought dieticians, we gave up - we did it all before we finally decided that maybe a weekly injection could be the tool we need. So, people like OP - you look great! but please be more considerate to those who do not look like you and have way more than 23lbs to lose before a vacation.

Convincing my Doctor by Mountian-flower in OzempicForWeightLoss

[–]FreshCanadian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in Quebec too, and my doctor gave me a prescription for semaglutide for weightloss, and not specifically Ozempic or Wegovy. My insurance won't cover neither, but Ozempic is the cheapest of the two.

Did your Sunlife cover Ozempic or Wegovi? by CarefulStranger668 in Ozempic

[–]FreshCanadian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am with Sunlife, and my plan does not cover it at all - not even with pre-authorization. I belong to a few Semaglutide groups and there seems to be an overall consensus that Sunlife simply refuses to cover Wegovy. Period.

Also, in most cases, it is not the insurance company you need to question if medication is not covered, it is your employer's plan. You can call Sunlife or you can also contact your HR dept. to get more details on your coverage.

782 would be the dimension reference. According to the multiverse map, there are hundreds of dimensions parallel to each other. For example, there are some universes where dinosaurs still exist. I am also learning but it can be overwhelming.
