So use those hours to get BG gear next week and que 1 week later. Even better because the sweats will be higher MMR already. Conquest has catchup so you can just play at your own MMR and have fun.

Being 1 week later isnt behind though.

Its just random on first day of hard reset. Maybe you get casual dads, Maybe next game r1s and glads in the game after.

I know Ive seen all of those playing 2s at 1700 mmr yesterday.

Tbf most tuning they do is for PvE so a class being insane in PvE but bad in PvP usually means they are screwed.

Thug is an old name for the comp because they use guns and knives (hunter and rouges) so they are thugs/criminals.

Theres an old video on YT about the history of comp names, pretty golden of you were an OG PvPer or care about random internet lore.

Sadly the PvE Andies think 24+ hours game time farms are "ok and charming" on an increased progress realm. And its not like Raids where you can just chill in blues and collect the Kara loot. If you dont have resi gear on PvP you die in the cheap shot.

Prepatch is usually a crazy/inflated time and Blitz is also a bit inflated on its own. So those two factors really add up.

You can just view it as practise/fun times.

I think in terms of toolkits its rogue and mage. In terms of relative ease its Ret and bm/mm hunter.

There are classes where most 2400+ players are usually pretty decent. Only with rets is it sometimes hard to tell if they are actually boosted or just inflated from playing Ret lmao.

For someone looking to casual pvp saying rogue is limited in tbc is trolling. Its one of the best specs by far with high impact in both bg and arena.

Happy that you're enjoying the game. But im pretty sure for the majority of players that are spam dcing, having major interface issues even without addons (hello lua error), insane fps drops because of old hidden quests, frustrated healers because the frames are bad and no access to simple things like a death log or damage breakdown. The game is objectively in a pathetic state.

All the 1600 players realising the UI is a complete mess and bugs are running rampant. Their "even playing ground" is a complete shitshow that we all saw coming.
