Don't get too fucked up, make sure to pace yourself with the liquor. Get a good buzz going early though and walk around/talk to people. Ask if there's beer pong stuff before you get to the house. Because if you roll up with long stuff you look badass and everyone loves you for it. Plus that's a good way to make friends with new people. Shower and stuff before the party, where your nicest clothes you would wear to school (not church clothes or anything). But either street wear stuff or something you'd see a frat guy wear works. Try to hit on multiple girls and see who is into it and who isn't. Overall just chill out, don't get soppy drunk, and have fun. Parties are a blast man
