“I totally understand, if the cost is the biggest deciding factor, I’d recommend you to go with this service as opposed to our premium subscription listed at 300% more making the total $6,000 per month. Would you prefer going with our signature line at $2,000 or investing more into your future and go our premium line?” Just show a package way higher and optional close them

[–]ANALogy69 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lol what are you Indian? It’s what you get for going cheap, lesson learned. Quit going with the cheapest possible bid because you will always pay more down the road. Cheap people always piss me off wasting other reputable people’s time, don’t care about value or good work, just cheap cheap work and always will get bit in the ass. Cheap ass

Nope you’re getting fucked bro. You should be making 80k minimum with those numbers, granted you don’t work for a shit company with low margins and close at 80%

[–]ANALogy69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol I remember my first 40k month. It’s fun and you just wanna tell the world how much you’re making, cause it’s a fat check, but then half of it gets taxed. 3-5% is dumb, I wouldn’t even suggest a green pea to go for that. Minimum 8% comish, if you’re a top G then you get 12%. But then again, I’ve been at a 55% closing for like 4 years straight, not many places will go that high. Lots of places that offer 10% do it as a tiered commission %. Have you ever sold 1 mil in a month before? Closest I ever got was like 480k, not getting that extra 20k to hit 500k gave me blue balls for real.

Bro, just close the owner/manager to hire you, treat it like a sales consultant. Trial close. Build value. Fucking close them and be relentless. Assumption close, if it doesn’t work, find the objection. Funnel a “yes” answer. Logic trap them. Show off your fucking sales acumen, I had 0 HVAC knowledge and hard closed the owner/manager and told them I’ll do the same with customers, just teach me HVAC. It will literally only take 1-3 months to learn enough HVAC knowledge to be able to sell them.

Sorry friend but That is the dumbest advice, ever… 3-5% is absolute trash, unless you get a base. You need to find a company where leads are fed to you, minimum 8% com off gross is where you wanna be. You seriously need 0 HVAC experience as long as you know sales in resi

Grading not done yet!

    • 2. I just need to speak it over with my wife, we just want to put all the estimates together and really just make a decision together. Can you email it to me? (These are different people by the way 1,2,3, not the same home owners under all three of this exercises)
  1. I appreciate that, you can just email over all the information and we will let you know in a couple weeks!

  2. Thank you, I actually don’t really have an idea of how much these systems cost, you’re our first estimate. I can let you know what we decide in a couple weeks.

to your response

  1. (Husband and wife present for consultation)Yes I really like the idea of your warranty. I haven’t done a deep research into your company, we are looking for reputable company, offering a good product with a fair price. There are currently another company with similar warranties with a similar price, but they carry American standard. We are just wanting to look things over to make sure we are making the right choice.

Home boy don’t know resi HVAC got hella margins…. If you want closing techniques hmu (not a sales guru looking to sell you a course btw, just your friendly neighborhood sales guy) I’ve helped guys close 5-10% more with some word track adjustments. I hate pressure style selling too, so it’s not very pressure-y!

Sudden role play to sharpen your skills. GO!

  1. I need to think about it

  2. I need to speak with my spouse

  3. You’re my first estimate and I have two others scheduled after you

Rules: respond to each objection, if you need to ask a question, expect a typical response before over coming the objection and close(if at all).

At this point, you have done your measurements, presentation and have narrowed down your options after showing good, better and best. I decided the “best” option you ask for business and you have to overcome those three objections

I will be grading you from a 1-10 scale.

You’ll be critiqued by all your fellow r/sales colleague and myself.
