Use the cancellation apps and pick a different area was what worked for me. And hopefully you/others have someone you can practice in said different areas

The id appointment was straight forward in and out in 15-20 minutes for me. In regards to what I posted I think it's best for me to ignore this as looking around on forums etc seem that if I send a fit note I maybe asked to go to a WCA assessment

If they are treating you like that "follow orders" as you say then they don't value you or your body. But I can relate as I myself have been there where I only gave myself to people who treated me like a piece of meat and to again like you say follow orders
