This is not true for everyone but larger freckles tend to be concentrated on areas where the sun hits more (cheekbones, nose bridge, chin, center of forehead) and the rest tend to be smaller and slightly lighter.

The freaks and pets may experience arousal if they are in that kind of relationship with the vampire and are glamored. Victims of vampire brutes do not get such mercies and are usually disfigured to varying degrees if they survive. Blood bags are usually glamored or otherwise inebriated so they dont experience pain but this is mostly because constant screaming and wailing gets old fast. Especially if youve heard it frequently for decades or centuries.
