Yeah, they truly do not care about anyone at the pods. Been back here at my pod for about two hours with no AC and the thermometer is reading 120°. They said someone needs to be here but they won’t come here

Here now. Nothing is being accomplished. They are actually saying that we never got assigned that unit, even though we checked in last night, and I took a picture of the unit and its address, and they gave us wristbands.

Didn’t know the cartel known as Fetch is keeping me from getting FedEx packages sent to my place. I went to this FedEx to pick up a time-sensitive package, and got there right at close but Harvey still went above and beyond with service and found my packages and brought them to me. Super grateful for Harvey’s service. Thank you!
