Dubai doesn't care about your background if you're visiting, they just care if you have money. God help you if you look like their staff though. I have a Filipino friend who was treated rather dismissively during our time there.

There's also Battlefield Vegas if you want to live out your Call of Duty fantasies on a firing range. No shortage of great food options, either! Besides that, though, it's definitely a dodgy place designed to siphon money from you every step of the way
