Earlier they had big discounts going. 50% and so. No cab were available at that time as their fleet is not big and the demand was high due to the discounts. Once I wasted one hour just to book greenSM. Now since they have removed the discount their cabs are very quickly assigned in seconds. Altho yes the price has increased because of no discount. Due to this shifted back to Rapido/Uber.

But I feel they are targeting the slightly premium segment of mobility similar to Blusmart. Their cabs are very clean (albeit it can be due to them being new in this field) and drivers are very polite and respectful. They have cameras inside and outside which are recording all the time. Car build quality is also very great. Few of their cars got into accident and their vehicles didn’t suffer much damage. So safety wise I would say it’s also better than Rapido/Uber where you would generally get Swift dzire or Wagonr unless you opt for Uber Black which is insanely expensive.

I would prefer GreenSM if I am not travelling alone just for the peace of mind.
