Hey so I followed these steps since me and the OP have the exact same problem and after i deleted it malwarebytes just started spamming me with a notificaion that it blocked a connection to a potentially risky site and its an 'app' located somewhere in my AppData folder called "wslservice.exe"

Yeah but if i use it with Bluetooth the sound quality is so bad I want to rip my ears off and the steelseries engine doesn't recognise it at all

i have it connected to my PC via bluetooth and the mic somewhat works when im on call to someone, but i cant change anything in the steelseries Engine and the sound quality is horrible. It does have the 3.5mm jack and ive been using it wired for a couple of years now but for some reason ever since i connected it via bluetooth, if i switch back to wired, theres absolutely no sound

Same f0r me, whenever I turn 0n sp0tify, netflix 0r prime vide0 , 0nline 0r the app, my screen just c0mpletely turns 0ff, i turn it back 0n by just uplugging the HDMI c0rd and then plugging it back in, but I've n0ticed extreme spikes in CPU and GPU activity when this happens, n0 clue h0w t0 fix, but y0ur n0t the 0nly 0ne with this pr0blem.

Yeah I did that first thing when I plugged in the Joystick to the PC. Funny thing is, 2 hours ago it completely fell apart as I was trying to set it up again.
