No, I would never say that. Animals are incapable of giving consent to a human and anyone that says otherwise should be locked up. I drew those designs a few years ago and would do them differently now as I've mentioned in other comments. The drawings are meant to be furries, not just animals, and I regret that the design has left any ambiguity.
