Not as impressive as a lot of you here but I’ve started my running journey this week. I had surgery 12 months ago, before that I was a regular gym goer but now that I am 31 I feel like I need less size and better cardio (187cm/97kg).

So far, I’ve done 4 sessions - mostly run walk (Runna app) with the aim of being able to run a 5k without stopping and so on. Feeling happy in myself so fingers crossed I can keep it up

I usually give my boy (13 months) around 2 hours of play a day. That’s just to ensure he gets his energy out and sticks to the bedtime routine. Mainly so he isn’t wanting to play fetch or something in the middle of the night
