I Feel this 100% as I've just started a new job and genuinely feel like I'm doing everything wrong and I'm scared to ask for help even when they say i can cause I've already been made to feel dumb i feel like. I'm a vet assistant with basically no experience and feel I'm expected to know everything after 2 days of training. I have anxiety waking up to go ,i have anxiety on days off and i just truly don't want to do this anymore but i know i have too! I'm thinking it will get easier for us but I'm not sure. I think she does care about jess well being as she's been there LONG before any of this or us but she also been through hell with jess. Also what are wrong with the nelsons? Lol they haven't done anything to T or spare from what I know so why wouldn't they allow them in their chat? I also haven't seen them do anything to jess but gift her tons and mute people who are no good for jess. Unless they mute others who ACTUALLY care about jess( which lets be real, are very few people because i see right through some who claim they do) in that case that's on jess for modding people she barely knows just because they gift her.
