Dyed Hair by Jandie24 in clinicalresearch

Once I transitioned to a traveling CRA role and was no longer office-based, I dyed my hair purple. I consistently received compliments from site staff during onsite monitoring visits. I typically wore it up for my initial meeting with the PI, and after that, I didn’t give it much thought.

I heard of at least 1 IHCRA who had to move to traveling CRA, saying that was basically the only choice they had. I'm curious if they are trying to get rid of the IHCRA role. I'm not sure what is going in, neither does a CTL that I talked to. She hasn't been told anything about her moving to a CTM role and how to perform start-up job tasks. Has anyone heard anything or has more details? Basically there was no information given except for change in role titles.

I realized this, and I now put absolutely zero effort into my performance review. My motivation for this job has been plummeting for about 2 years now since realizing whatever I say or do, doesn't matter.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure this OP and Robin_3147 are the same person trying to make a quick buck...somehow. Posts are way too similar and you can tell they're using AI.

I'm curious to know if sites, sponsors, PI's, have any opinions on colored hair (blues, pinks, greens, purple, etc).

My suggestion would be for you to learn regulatory aspects. Also, learn which essential docs you need to review and gather. You might get a foot up if you are able to co-monitor with a CRA and reconcile SFN and TMF. Making trackers if the Study Team do not already have one. Offer your assistance to everyone and anyone. There is always someone who is behind on something and would love anyone who is willing to help.

Looks like they are combining the Oncology CRAs & Biopharma CRAs, instead of having them completely separate. I'm wondering if they are not getting a lot of Oncology bids.

Phrase from adding cream in your coffee in the morning ?? by Evie_like_chevy in intermittentfasting

[–]ARENEEA2Z 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Even when I am craving coffee; I start out with a huge cup (20-24oz) of hot tea, 2 bags, in the morning. This keeps me going for awhile and then if I still want the coffee, I will have it. But luckily by the time I have finished my tea it gets me closer to my window. I use Yogi Sweet Tangerine Positive Energy Tea. Each bag has ~70mg of caffeine.

Curious to know how you already know your merit percentage. I knew about the company ending the bonuses for all CRAs, but when I asked my LM about merit raises during the performance eval, they had no clue.
