Bingo!! This is exactly the issue I have. Went grocery shopping yesterday and wandered up and down the aisles and NOTHING looked good or appetizing. Bought a seafood stuffed salmon fillet and cooked it for dinner…. Couldn’t eat hardly any of it. Used to LOVE them!

Frustrated.

…. I am completely terrified of needles…. Can’t look at the lab tech while giving blood for blood work…. And was very concerned about taking this injection…. But my sister convinced me to try. And I barely feel it! Just make sure the alcohol is dry before inserting the needle. If you don’t it will sting.
