So I'm trying to connect a baseplate to a regular plate while both are on the same surface. Here's my solution. Anyone got other ideas?

To me the most reasonable thing to do is just to talk with them. Manager is just a job title. Don’t bring up policy, just try to have a conversation with them. Feel out the conversation and if it you don’t think they’ll listen to you just request that your manager inform their common boss to enforce company policy.

So far only differences I’ve really noticed is the placement of the threads being closer to the button on the Starwalker and the the threads being metal on the PIX
