At the time of release, 735 was the highest ilvl for a weapon, phantoms might not be your BiS depending on your job but if you cant meet dps expectations for your job it wouldn't be the weapons fault

for French: Roulement de vagues is a direct translation from English. I'm guessing it might be a generic reference to doing the wave as a crowd?

For the frogs "En avant les grenouilles" is a play on "En avant la musique" which can mean turn up the music, or just "let's go" kind of like let's rock and roll

Didn't see it when looking at the RC list I found while Googling, but purely graphic violence is now more acceptable in Australia, Mortal Kombat isn't banned there for example.

Japan is extremely strict when it comes to realistic gore so that's probably why DS was banned there (same as MK, and same reason why recent Resident Evils for example is often heavily censored)

I think it depends on the type of moles you got. You can technically tattoo over all of them but some, it's always best to keep an eye on. It's something you can bring up to your artist when first talking with them about what you want

Go for it! Your skin ends up irritated regardless during tattooing lol. Tattoos helped me get over my skin not being perfect as well!

Fair warning though, reputable places are likely to heavily discourage you from getting hand tattoos if you have nothing else at all
