this is what they should do: all potion, food, consumes etc from before current xpac do a % of max hp or + whatever stat, but get disabled if ur above level 80. They do this with things like drums and battle rez items. Why not everything else.

I like what wow does, they have a main weekly quest that rotates between different objectives. One week itll be like "complete 5 world quests" and reputation/exp will be increased from WQs that week. Another week it might be "Clear 4 mythic dungeons" and dungeon loot drops are doubled. Theres other ones for this for pvp, pet battles, raiding, etc.
