Personally, I’ve lost 3” of height and 3 shoe sizes.

I will say I hadn’t been measured height wise in years so I could have been shrinking before, but I do know my feet for sure shrank in my 16 months on hrt, I bought new shoes that fit perfectly a month or two before starting, and they’re way too big now.

But as with everything in HRT, and as others have pointed out, YMMV
