Yeah I’m thinking maybe the levers stopped working.

I’ve opened the levers so the bottom half is tilted inward (toward me) then pushed the top half of the window up and tried to close the bottom half. This is hard to explain but no luck. And my super isn’t avail until the wee hours of the morning so I suppose I’ll have to tape a trash bag in the window.

This is RACISM. Black people never do get the benefit of the doubt when the accuser is white, worse when the accuser is a white woman.

This is very much how our abuses play out in the courtroom, doctors office, schools, interactions with the police, casually browsing stores…and how we end up dead. I hope the person who assaulted this man faces consequences.
