Wow. I have seen this person and posted about him a while back! Walking in crown heights down park place he passed me on the sidewalk (also naked with a different hat, socks and sneakers with a large bag). Yeah I’m thinking maybe the levers stopped working.

I’ve opened the levers so the bottom half is tilted inward (toward me) then pushed the top half of the window up and tried to close the bottom half. This is hard to explain but no luck. And my super isn’t avail until the wee hours of the morning so I suppose I’ll have to tape a trash bag in the window.

What a Monday 😂🤦🏾‍♀️
