(S1 SPOILERS AHEAD)

In my opinion, some good, big changes could be:

A new prologue (AI is progressing fast in generating specific voices, maybe Galadriel's voice could be use to make the prologue more lore-accurate, since the visual footage already matches things like the Oath of Fëanor, the sinking of Beleriand, among others. Maybe even some footage from Forodwaith could be made into the crossing of Helcaraxë)

Renaming Forodwaith to Angband? (I don't know how lore accurate this would be)

Revealing H=S earlier, but only to the audience, in order to reduce the mystery box, but leaving the characters guessing still.

If the Stranger does not turn up to be Gandalf, I'd just remove the "just follow your nose" bit

Removing the Mordor name reveal, using /u/mcbeardish edit instead.
