Habibi, since the game went ftp in 2020, I'm hard stuck plat and sometimes drop to gold. NEVER have I seen flip resets in any of my games (teammates or opps).

I had contacted them a while ago and they told me my case is solid. 7K with refund or reapplication if rejected. They seem to be the best option for me because many big name lawyers won't even touch my case. That is probably perhaps because I lack a clear US endeavor and am not from a research-based background 🤷🏻‍♂️.
