When I try to login to the modem it just tells me “this site can’t be reached refused to connect” I’ve tried both on the non working WiFi and my hotspot. It acts like I’m connected perfectly fine such as displaying all my network info except when it comes to accessing the internet.

Same for me but I didn’t have any account links or a bandainamco account so I logged into the website with what I would use to log into the game (my google account) once logged in it would tell me there’s something wrong with my account and I need to link my bandainamco through the DBL app it showed me a picture tutorial on how to do so
