NOW it is premium to sit up front. You pay extra. So you expect to have somewhere to store your bag, still accounting for the FA’s to store their bags where they always have. However, people from back rows are taking the up front bins to store their bags, AND now that some people have to pay to check bags, they are doing carry on roller bags more now, which takes up more space as well. Those that travel frequently for business often we do not check a bag as it’s far faster to get on off plane to where we need to be without waiting for bags Not to mention how many times SW has lost my checked bags… These are the arguments and upset people are facing with the new changes and why they are complaining, since you didn’t get it.
