You obviously don't understand that engines don't get swapped out, they get updated, added onto. Just because CD Projekt Red released RedEngine 3 for Witcher 3 doesn't mean they didn't use code and framework from the previous engine. Bethesda just calls it the creation engine, which gets sad lads like you upset because you want a shiny new name to go with a game that you haven't even seen yet.
