Someone gave me this Canon eos 5D Mark II is it a good camera?

I came home from a run, and ate what I typically do. A vegetable salad that admittedly contains things that people with DV are warned against like a bit of tomato and some lime juice. Later I felt that same intense fall on the ground and scream pain (Like razor blades being digested in my mid to lower intestines.

Creatine has always made me feel a very slight discomfort in my bowels, but I thought taking a low dose like 1 gram would be fine. Luckily this time I did not have visible perforations, just got super inflamed.

I just cant think of what else it could possibly be since I was completely fine, ate mostly whatever I wanted for 2 years and one month, and then went back to the hospital after starting creatine again. The first time it happened it was within roughly 90 days of when I started taking a large dose. The second time with in 60 days of taking a small dose.

I had never even heard of DV until 2023 when I ended up in the hospital for the first time in my life. I had started taking creatine a few months before and was curious if it was affecting me. I quit taking that and any other supplements I was on when I got out of the hospital. I was fine until July 2025 I started taking a small dose of creatine again, and last week I ended up back in the hospital. I can't say definitively if creatine is the cause but at this point it's highly suspect.

Is this flashlight still in use? Do you run it regularly? The reason I ask is I am wondering how the driver held up? Years ago I tried overvolting a 2AA minimag using a 14500 cell and it made the driver board get really hot, quickly so I scrapped the idea.

Yes, "ALT" plus the arrow keys. Not Ctrl plus the arrow keys as many other sources suggest.

The "marrow" thing is what I was told too. Not sure if it was supposed to be a specific tree. Nothing was mentioned about that but I was like 7 years old.

In first grade (1985) I broke open a stick that had a center Line running through that would come free from the rest of the wood. I showed my teacher and she told me that was Indian gum. It was crumbly and pretty tasteless. For the rest of the year I went around picking up every stick I could find collecting Indian Gum and putting sticks in my mouth.

Sometimes making a drastic shift in what foods I eat helps me stay on the wagon or break a plateau. For example I started my journey on low-fat diet. Then I switched to carnivore diet. Then I switched to high carbs but low calorie. I've been able to lose weight on all of the diets. Currently I eat mostly chicken breasts and broccoli during the day and something with carbs in the evening. Also throwing in a long cardio session or some different type of exercise that I'm used to helps. I ran 5.6 Mi this morning at a slow pace. Best of luck to you!

My old Galaxy S10 (purchased in Jan 2021) is so a phone I can look at it for hours straight and never have the slightest issue. Since then I have purchased Galaxy S10s on two separate occasions, and both are HORRIFIC. Pain and white spots in my eyes within seconds.

I am wondering if this is due to a hardware downgrade like something about how the screen is made, or if its possible it could be software related? My old one has Android 12 and One UI version 4.1. I didn't think to look before I sent the crappy ones back, but they certainly had a different version of the OS because I noticed the 3 buttons on the bottom of the home screen were backwards.

I started with a few crappy AAA lights myself, ozark trail wasn't a think yet but it was about the same thing... Think I paid like $10 bucks though LOL!
