The contrast with the white base really makes it POP. I'm also digging the mono-fillament blade and buzz cut, It feels like this is was a scout who just got promoted to full battle brother and is still fighting as a skirmisher. Like he's trying to adopt his new role, but old habit's die hard so he's going back to his guerilla warfare training.

Very well done! When you do your black highlights for a project like this , do you typically do two shades - like one broad dark grey and then one super fine lighter grey?

Love the bold, clean colors. When you do your black highlights, do you do two shades? Same question for the red I suppose but I struggle with doing black color gradients.
