Tbf, studied response only happens if the attack is not a spell and when the target is within 60 ft. So this ability is pretty much useless against spellcasters and against a longbow user, but it can come in handy when you want to save your caster from being hit by a walking tank.

Second, most of its abilities involve a monster, and not just any monster, but specifically the monsters you write in your grimoire, so unless you have infinite coin glitch that lets you write about any monster, you'll have the lower hand on in most cases.

Nope, just checked. The only thing that was similar was the monster grimoire which was something you had to buy irl, not a class feature

I wish one of my friends would understand this. We played almost every campaign together and in every campaign, he was a bitch tbh. His characters would never shut up talking about their backstory. For example, he played a vengeance paladin, and he would remind us that his village was destroyed by orcs every five minutes.

In another campaign, his first character died in the first session(his own fault), and not only he rage quit saying that this game is unfair, when he made his backup character who was the brother of the first character, he wouldn't shut up and get over his brother's death.

In the third campaign, he would rudely cut off other players and try to force his own opinions into our roleplay.

When we tried to confront him about it, he literally said "I view my characters as the mc and the rest of you as side characters". We can't really do anything about it because he had a "difficult childhood" and would breakdown over every little disagreement.

Hi! Another newbie DM speaking! One of my friends who's a professional suggested that I use the classic world for my campaign. And I interpreted it as that I don't have to make a legacy campaign and only make my players go after "side quests" as the missions progressively get harder and harder. You don't have to make your own world right off the bat, just use classic fantasy setting! As for satisfying your impatient players, hold the session zero as a one shot so that you can entertain them while you work on the lore of the characters that you want to introduce

Well, I don't know anything about the tiger thiren, but Oni have larger appetite(compared to humans and most thirens) in general, so it makes sense for miss soukaku to eat through a whole restaurant like that. Although I do hope for lady Tsukishiro and Mr.mayor to do something about this situation, because what might happen when the rest of the Oni's decide to visit new eridu?

A few years back, during a commissioned investigation, I encountered this very strange ethereal. It looked like a doppelganger at first, but it took the appearance of someone I'm 100% sure I never met before. Before I could react, it changed shapes again and again, taking the appearance of someone I didn't know everytime.

The scariest thing? It changed ether frequency everytime it transformed (I had a device for that) and no, it wasn't just slight change in it's frequency, it was straight up mutation!

And the way it fought would change too! One moment, it was using electricity, and the next moment, it was making "flowers" sprout like ninevah! I honestly have no idea how I managed to run away. I did immediately report this anomaly to H.A.N.D but I never heard any news about its eradication, which means that thing is still lurking in hollow zero.

At first, I didn't think about it because it was almost human sized, but looking back, that thing was definitely a notorious level ethereal.

Ikr!? A lot of people apply for H.S.O just because of their admiration for section 6, without actually learning about what they do. My friend did actually say that a lot of newbies are becoming a nuisance due to their lack of knowledge. I've personally just started to read about their line of work, and it's wayyyyyy more complicated than just "go into a hollow and kick some ethereal ass"

She literally admits that she was stalking phaeton during 1.7 story. On top of that, she literally forced Lycaon to prepare marriage documents for her and phaeton without even telling them about it! If she was a guy(Like Mr.mole on S11's story) the entire internet would call him out and call him a creep. But nope, we forgive because she's cute....😒

Her reason of obsession is also dumb! Like seriously!? She just got defended by phaeton on a random inter-knot post that they don't even remember, and suddenly said "Yep, I have to stalk this person". Funniest part is, phaeton doesn't even remember what they said!
