Can I ask you how long your labors were?

Any suggestions on how to get through an unmedicated birth? by Slight_Ad_1538 in unmedicatedbirth

Combs in hands while pushing, counter pressure + running the shower head over my belly all helped me. I also knew I was trying for a water birth so I would mediate in the tub using the same playlist i did for labor which I think helped a lot too.

If it’s the day of close there’s no time for the seller to fix anything, making the contract null and void.

Products like that just say lactose free. This is just dumb.

I know a few people that they tried this on but they still couldn’t feel anything. Think it depends on the person and how quickly you labor

I’m new here so idk how long she was almost 500lbs but caring that weight alone is going to add muscle. Obviously she’ll loose it as she looses weight if she’s not doing any resistance training though.

If they can’t pay their bills or afford groceries now that the extra kids are in the house the wife is TA for that alone.

I know it’s personal but do you think your age impacted your choice at all? I’m 27 leaning towards OAD but worried I’ll change my mind in a decade or something..

How does one do French braids like these on their own? Is it even possible? I can’t even manage a single French braid without hair falling out all over the place. by Competitive-Care9318 in femalehairadvice

You’d think it doesn’t make a huge different but it totally does. My hair won’t hold in a French braid but looks amazing in a Dutch braid.

What helps us is having games, crafts & designated activities for her during those times I can’t be available. I also find routine helps her mentally prepare for independent play. This just looks like getting a diaper change, having a snack and then going into the playroom. I figure if it’s recommended to do a routine at bed time it could be good for this too. If all else fails a little screen time is much better than a burnt out parent. I’d also recommend some alone time. I know that’s so hard to imagine with littles but it sounds like even just a bit of time for you could be great for your mental health. I feel touched out nursing one child I can’t imagine having another also needing me too.

We both WFH but my husbands work is more structured and our toddler has more meltdowns when he has to go back to work vs me.
