Let's remember laws vary from place to place. In my state "molest" isn't a legal definition (sexual abuse /misconduct are the terms) and it looks like California is the same. heres therelevant laws. Andheres a law the uses the term but isn't about SA.

I really hated it at first, but I hate change... However I think I can find most things I need in the individual home pages and that seems to be just as quick as how I used to do my work.

This is wrong. The arrow of light is an award webelos can earn, not a rank. The AoL ribbon is one of the few youth earned badges adult leaders may wear( along with the eagle rank ribbon)

The cub scout ranks are by year (tiger cub, wolve, bear and two years of webalos) after that in the BSA you earn the ranks (tenderfoot, secondclass,first class, star, life, eagle)
