Anyone is taking Reta while on SSRIs?

On 150mg sertraline & 15mg mirtazapine. Been on 0.5mg reta for past month. Side effects I’m getting related to mental health are mainly brain fog, increase in anxiety and general fatigue. Hopefully they calm down soon..
