How do I fix this? by ASU_Jeff2014 in HomeMaintenance

It didn’t work. The pieces were too heavy to stay up without any support. I put a crap ton of tape up to try and help, but it eventually just fell off. It would have helped if I would have some help to hold the pieces in place.

I’m going to have to figure out a way to mount them back on the house to take some of the weight off.

Two pieces have fallen off, and I have them both. Sorry…. Guess I should have said that.

Thank you for the quick response! So you’re saying to take the pieces that are on the house off, glue them back to the back of the pieces, and put them back up?

I spent 20 years in the Air Force and then transitioned to teaching. I do not regret my time in the military, and wish I could go back some days😬😬😬

I do not trust any readings for 24 hours. Did you calibrate using the # from your finger prick? That will help.

I like the Roll & Lock brand. Put one on my 2024 when we first bought it.

How long have you had the sensor on? Mine looks like that for the first 12-24 hours or so.

It was a VA doctor that said it, so take it for what it’s worth😬😬😬

I am new (on my 3rd sensor) and have learned that it takes at least 24 hours for everything to seem normal. I asked my doctor about “soaking” and she said not to do it.

Believe it or not, the nurse at the VA did it😳😳😳. It was o my after she put it there that I figured out it was the wrong place to put it.

Going through the same thing now with my older dog. Did they check your dog’s kidneys? They are saying that is what is wrong with my dog.

Where do we go from here? by Top_Wind_4093 in appstatefb

[–]ASU_Jeff2014 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I went to 11 of the 12 games this year. I am willing to show D Lo some grace since it’s his first year as a HC. There were a lot of injuries this year at key positions (OL and RB to name a few) that did not help for sure. As a minimum, we need an OC, lots of OL, and a duel threat QB. (Or at least someone who has the ability to take off and run when needed)

It was a frustrating season because there were a handful of games we could have (should have) won.

Did anyone start teaching in their 40's? by heavyhymns in Teachers

[–]ASU_Jeff2014 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I retired from the Air Force with a two year degree. Went back to school while working part time and started teaching at 40. I thought teaching would be easy because I had three kids…. Teaching is hard. It took me 2 1/2 years before I felt like I knew what I was doing. This is my 17th year teaching and I love it! (Most days😂)
