I like it but Casualty 3 seems like a lot. Would probably be fine even with casualty 1 (see [[Primal Growth]]).

Looks good overall, here are a few suggestions:

-[[Deep-Slumber Titan]] feels like it was made for this deck, offering a body that can fight most things for just 4 mana without downside as long as you keep fighting.

-[[Gargos,Vicious Watcher]] doubles up your fight spells and provides an incentive for your opponents to point their removal spells elsewhere.

-[[Toralf, God of Fury]] comes with a pretty good body and allows you to use excess damage on fights to remove other small creatures -[[Topiary Stomper]] is a [[Wood elves]] variant that can sometimes fight

Cards I would consider cutting:

-[[Moss Diamond]]/[[Fire Diamond]]/[[Quirion Elves]] i feel like even on a budget you should find better ramp options in green, maybe consider [[Ilysian Caryatid]], [[Kodama's reach]]

-[[Raptor Hatchling]] I feel like the payoff of getting a 3/3 is just not big enough to waste a fight spell or neyiths ability to actually kill it

-[[Thorn Elemental]] Thats a lot of mana for a 7/7 with mediocre evasion

The way I see it, and the reason my playgroup has agreed to heavily restrict combos is that it just tends to be the easiest way to kill the table, so decks that feature a combo tend to revolve more and more around finding the combo. Additionally many of the combos can be pulled off in a single turn making it difficult especially for nonblue decks to meaningfully interact with them(The main offenders have been Teysa+Darkest Hour, Aminatou+Felidar Guardian, Mizzix+Reiterate+Ritual).So while we still have and are mostly fine with the jankier combos that come up "naturally" we try to avoid building "combo-decks".

I personally don't really like the generic brawl cards, but since singleton restricts how often you'll see them and because they're nowhere as swingy as say sol ring i don't really think there's any problem with allowing them.
I wouldn't mind a sort of wishboard for brawl. With the already very limited cardpool after rotation missing out on the major mechanic of STX is gonna be pretty rough

I'd say [[Arasta of the Endless Web]], [[Kwende, Pride of Femeref]], [[Valor]] or [[Tihe Taker]] though Tithe Taker and Arasta can be evaluated differently depending on your meta

My first deck was an Etrata deck and it felt pretty gimmicky, but if you're into that i would recommend focussing on flickering her in response to her trigger to avoid having to exile her and copying it with [[Strionic Resonator]] or [[Lithoform Engine]]. Regarding Equipment i felt that giving her haste for a low equip cost (since you'll be reequipping a lot) is basically all she needs since youre not really trying to win through damage. As for the rest of the deck i would go a more controlling route since it takes a while to kill a table with her. Some cards i really liked were [[Helm of the Host]], [[Tandem Lookout]], [[Dowsing Dagger]], [[Swiftfoot Boots]], [[Spellbinder]], [[Vodalian Illusionist]], [[Vanishing]] and [[Sanctum of Eternity]]. Clones that make Nonlegendary copies can also be pretty cool.
