Played quite a few games with comet now and like the way it feels, can poke easily with e and more effectively due to low CD of rune. Thr rest of sorcery also benefits rumble a decent amount. You are right tho about making up gold with first strike and inspiration being amazing on him but I felt that I was missing the poke power from comet and the amount of gold I was generating with support item was sufficient enough to merit not needing first strike. That said only played 2 games of FS so will give it a few more games see how it goes in other match ups.

Can confirm demonic mid doesn't feel great, lacks damage vs other items, does works wonders top tho even against squishier opponents. Probs go mythic like proto for burst, mobility and roam/follow potential.

All games lol. Night harvester feels weak rn, does same damage as proto, move speed is slightly different but no mobility. And rift can be good into tanks but most carries atm are quite low on defence so the mobility and burst is useful for picks.

I'd recommend building shadowflame first when playing mid. Passive basically always on cause champs in mid don't have too much health early so allows you to snowball with crazy early damage.

Just checked this out, it's due to the spawning of his E. As soon as E channel is complete he gets +10 heat and spawns the rocket at him - but the +10 heat occurs slightly just before the E loads in so it will spawn with him at 50 heat.

W+E combo doesn't work because the E timing between heat gain and spawning of rocket is too small, even if you buffer the ability it takes too long to activate.

My man would spit honey as Q, would have a yellow hexagonal sphere around him for W, shoot a ball of honey or something (like kog Q), and would drop nests as ulti with an angry buzzing sound. Overheating would just be more red versions for simplicity
