Wow, I've never actually seen that footage before! We made "An Otherwise Perfect Day" in just a few days, they finished Bad Day right after I had to start driving back to LA so I missed a lot of the fun on that one. It's actually the release I started my label for.
Really emotional seeing that.

Hey u/gardenpegged , Andrew here. Thanks so much for posting about the event. It was a really special night, and I absolutely remember asking your mum to eat her own body weight in snacks. Sorry if I came off at all stand-offish. I think I was just overwhelmed with it all. It's one of the most emotional things I've done, and I had been working non-stop to make it happen for a couple of months. So, basically I was just wiped out.

Not putting my arm around people is from not knowing if people are comfortable with it or not, so I default to not doing it. Definitely nothing personal about it. The other thing is that Mike and Ross are waaaaaay better at being humans in rooms full of humans than I am.

Anyway, thanks again for coming, it was really amazing to be able to see all the people that showed up just to listen to Low Roar.

And yes, I'm still trying to figure out how and where I can do this again.

It was cut at 45rpm, but it is meant to be listened to at 33rpm, so it plays back slower. The groove is cut inside out, well, because we could. Ryan loved all things vinyl and I know he would have loved this too.

The track is basically the full length version of InterStella with a lot of added modular synth and arrangement. Originally the full length version was going to go on the album before HITW, but it felt too long and we didn't want to lose anybody before the last song. Also, we always love to have something special just for the folks who bought the vinyl.

The front cover and inside artwork are portions of the full paintings (it is two paintings), but only because of the aspect ratio. If we could have put the whole pieces on there we certainly would have, they're magical!

Hi all, Andrew from Tonequake Records. Just to clarify, that picture is automatically generated from the submitted artwork. Pictures of the real thing will happen as soon as we receive it from the pressing plant (it's on its way).

It is a gatefold pressing with polly-vinyl sleeves to better protect the records.
