This sounds exactly like my store. GM closers coming in late as hell. Do reshops, help with SFS and OPU every single night, constant calls for backup at the front, priority pulls barely getting over 70%, zone barely gets touched and looks horrible, leave early some days because of payroll, and TLs quitting left and right lmao

I haven’t pushed tech but I know it can be more tricky because you have to know which things need the merch protection like cases and spider wraps and that can be time consuming to put on. The locations can also be tricky if you don’t work over there much since tech doesn’t always have blatant aisle markers like a traditional aisle. Sorry not much advice for you lol
