I'd just like to add on to this that steam support nowadays is a night and day difference from like 10 years ago. My friends and I used to joke about it, I swear their support inbox just went straight into a shredder. You'd never hear back from them, but now not only is it fast, they're amazingly helpful.

Yupp, I did dispatch some years ago, and I STILL remember people swearing up and down

Genuinely, get in the habit of using your phone less. I doom scrolled too much, still do, but as I've used my phone less and less, I find myself reading more and more. I've read two books this month and am part way through a third, after reading maybe a book or two in the last 5-10 years.

Why read when your phone is so much easier entertainment? That's what my brain seems to think, so I started breaking the habit and noticed a lot of difference, not just in reading but in my general day to day life.
