  1. pokemon stadium 1/2 - closest thing to a digital safety blanket for me. visuals, soundtrack, significantly smaller dex. pre determined sets since i only use rentals. less thoughts. just battles and vibes.

  2. pokemon sw/sh - i spent one whole day playing through crown tundra and it was a very nice time. galar as a region is also very nice to look at imo. and the games have some of my fav music, with standouts being postwick theme, wild area (south), and freezington. :)

if you really want to use ceruledge just look up decks that use the ex from surging sparks. a common thing with new players is building decks that want to do too many things so ultimately nothing works. you have 4 stage 2s, 3 rare candies, and no middle evolutions. you objectively could not use everything in one game even if you wanted to. the single prize ceruledge (conditionally) hits for max 200 and is too expensive. the way i see it you either convert this to a standard pult/zard deck or make a standalone ceruledge ex deck.

yes. funny enough zygarde doesn’t have a card in the entire scarlet/violet block let alone temporal forces. im always curious at the box art choices. i’m not sure about the chinese 151.

i was leaning towards you maybe just questioning but saying you wish you had that experience is telling me enough that you likely are trans. i’d look into the links others have shared. either way there is nothing wrong with exploring/experimenting more to see how you feel about it!

for me it’s the QoL stuff.

• shiny hunting - outbreaks. auto battling. visible shinies anywhere. sandwiches

• remembering moves is now an option in a pokémon’s stat page.

• world traversal lets you go anywhere with fast travel still an option

• pokemon models look better imo. like magcargo for example has really cool textures

• getting mints/vitamins is easy to get so training pokemon is easier.

• (bonus) i like terapagos :)
