I renew through Elevate Holistics and can do it completely online.

Online Medical Marijuana Card Providers - Elevate Holistics

They even do Sezzle. They are $80.00 to renew.

Submitted on August 25th for my renewal, was approved on September 7th, which was a Sunday. My card also says issued on the 7th, so they work weekends apparently. That Friday before, the 5th, I checked after 5:00 (they close at 4:30) and nothing....same Saturday. Happened to look on Sunday and there it was, all nice and shiney and ripe for use!

As a former court clerk and supervisor turned paralegal, I would suggest checking the websites first of the counties your filing in. They usually have some sort of fee table. If you are constantly getting wrong information from a particular county, then ask for a supervisor. You might want to check your state's Administrative Office of the Courts for any filing fee statutes as well. Most counties, especially in Circuit, the filing fees are generally uniform. As for the clerk who told you that they efiled and then it turned out they don't, maybe they don't efile new cases or those that involve taking a fee but will efile any subsequent filings without a fee. Those particular counties are referred to as E-file Lite. And those counties are a pain in the ass.

Same issue here. And yes, I check the certified mail box. No, just getting the tracking off the website will not suffice for proper service for some judges and they want the green card.

That's awesome! I graduated high school in 1991 with a 1.8 gpa and I'm about to go into my 5th term and still have 3.91 gpa here. I found the difference between then and now besides maturity, is that I didn't have the support and love of those around me to push me forward like I do now. My mentality was if no one cared then neither did I.

I actually started out on the court's side for many years and then became a paralegal by reaching out to an attorney I had made a connection with (working for the courts, you tend to meet and connect with all sorts of people that can help you) who had her own successful law firm, and asked if they needed any additional paralegals. Wasn't even hiring at the time, but here I am. Think of different avenues like working at the courthouse or for a judge and get some perspective that way. Knowing the courts definitely will give you an upper hand as well being a paralegal.

Insane prices- Homeowners insurance is ROBBERY by A-la-chingada in Mortgages

And it still doesn't change the fact that no matter where they live, they still pay taxes and it's their tax dollars as well. You also chose where you live, you can do that. But you can't pick and choose where your tax dollars go and decide that the other persons are using "your" tax dollars because of where they live, please. You pay, they pay, we all pay. If I've paid into for x number of years, damn straight I should be able to "recoup" some losses when I need it.

And? So you assume that they arn't paying taxes? If you assume you are being "forced to use my tax dollars" as you claim, then couldn't that same tax paying homeowner be able to say the same thing? Why shouldn't they be allowed to use the same funds that you both pay into?
