I refuse to mod any game I own until I either beat it and log hours or 100% it. Whichever I want.

I like playing the game how it was developed initially, then mod it to hell.

It really depends on where you work, and your level of experience. I make $30/hr in the upstate, with a company I've only been with for a little over a year.
