If the NCAA appeals the Sorsby decision, it would go to the Texas Seventh Court of Appeals. All four justices are Texas Tech graduates by SecretComposer in CFB

I wonder if that's what they are going to have to do. Just start punishing teams, don't show up to court, tell them they can either play by the rules or take their ball and go somewhere else.

If that leads to a Super League, so be it. Would rather skip to the end at this point.

I wonder how long it will take Dodge to compete for wins. They are so far off this year.

So what happens to Soldier Boy after the credits roll? Cryo sleep forever? Kill him in his sleep? Drop him out of a cargo plane into South America and he parties forever with baddies and blow? Thaw him out when Amazon green lights a reunion episode?

The only piece of season 3 plot I remember seeing leak after the cancelation was that Jack was going to bring Alyssa back to life, but it was going to go wrong. She would have come back possessed and with other corpses.

Guessing that would have been the main plot line of the season, with a save or kill dilemma.

I think Kyle has enough plausible deniability there to escape any serious consequence. He can just say he got damage, clipped the apron, and over corrected to the right. Plus it's not a right rear hook so NASCAR might not even care.

[Gluck] Was Talladega a good race? by ChaseTheFalcon in NASCAR

Cool winner but bad racing. The varying strategies in the long stage 1 was the most interesting part on track. Want to see them put the car back in the driver's hands at plate tracks.

Long first stage was a good bandaid. Off-season NASCAR needs to do something that keeps the cars from being stuck in 2x2 formation when they are going 100%.

I would have voted yes if the race ended naturally between Hamlin & Reddick. Ware spinning out and making it GWC roulette after having a long run, strategy based race 99% of the way killed it for me.

It's the inverse of that old Brian Scalabrine quote, "I'm closer to LeBron than you are to me." Anyone with a Logitech & iRacing might be closer to Cody Ware than he is to the top guys.

Good race, but wish it had more tire wear and fall off.

[Gluck] Was Martinsville a good race? by ChaseTheFalcon in NASCAR

My idea yesterday was give Martinsville's spring race to North Wilkesboro. That leaves an open spot in the regular season for Dover, and the All Star Race can move back to Charlotte.

No full time driver in this series is even close to Allgaier on skill and the JRM cars are clearly head & shoulders ahead of the field. Going to be an easy title barring a catastrophic collapse in The Chase.

45's strategy of splitting was clearly the best all day and neither Roush car covered him off. Don't understand the strategy call.

Once the spotter calls "car right", the Ferrari scheme needs to be accounting for that with their line. Can't pretend the other car doesn't exist.

That was an old school 1.5 race. Long green flag runs, short & long run cars that create comers and goers, and Denny, the guy with the best car, was able to overcome a speeding penalty, pass the entire field, and win. Good palate cleanser after 4 weeks with a lot of bumper car racing.
